Placement Procedures
Placement Fair takes place once a year in April. The following procedures should be followed to assure placement on the committee you wish to serve on for the upcoming League year:
- Placement forms will also be available at Placement Fair.
- You will have an opportunity to indicate a first and second choice placement on your form and on the sign up sheets at Placement Fair. All attempts will be made to place you on your first choice committee, if this is not possible you will be placed on your second choice committee.
- Placement on a committee will not be available for more than the predetermined maximum number of volunteers.

Members will be contacted for alternative placement in the event that their first and second choice placements were full.
Please review this year’s Placement Guide for updates on all committees being offered for next year. When selecting your placement please consider all aspects of the commitment. Your signature represents a very important part of the success of the project and the project chairs will be counting on your full commitment and participation to see your project be a success.
