The JLC’s October 2016 General Membership Meeting (GMM) will occur on 10/24/2016. The topic of the meeting will be, Breaking Barriers & Building Bridges. The meeting’s featured speakers will be our very own Erica Merritt and Tameka Taylor.
Within the League, Erica serves as the Equity & Inclusion Director. Erica is Principal of Equius Group, LLC and provides consulting services to organizations through Northeast Ohio. Additionally, she serves as the Director for Culture & Strategy for the Cleveland Metropolitan School District.
Tameka L. Taylor, Ph.D., CDE is the president of Compass Consulting Services, LLC. After co-founding and serving as one of the two Partners of the organization for almost five years. Prior to this, she worked at The Diversity Center of Northeast Ohio (formerly NCCJ) where she served the organization for 14 years and her last years as Vice President & Director of Leadership Development.
